This article is about how God, self and world are present in human experience. Indeed it is my contention that they are present precisely as together, so that a more selective range threatens to distort our understanding of what is "covered" and of what is not. The wide angle view, grand or not, seems indicated, even though some important particular aspects of the terrain of our topic may not be visible here. Such a view seems important to a person who seeks some orienting perspective in approaching the "buzzing multiplicity" of contemporary experience.
